糖皮质激素治疗早期重型肝炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Corticosteroids in the Treatment of Early Severe Hepatitis

目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗早期重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取2010年9月~2013年9月我院收治的98例早期重型肝炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组49例给予综合治疗,治疗组49例在综合治疗的基础上给予糖皮质激素治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素用于早期重型肝炎的临床治疗中,能明显改善患者临床症状,临床效果确切,副作用较小,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative ef ect of glucocorticoid treatment of early severe hepatitis.Methods To choose between September 2010 and September 2010,our hospital 98 cases of early severe hepatitis patients as the research object,its were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,49 cases were given comprehensive treatment,treatment group(49 cases on the basis of comprehensive treatment for glucocorticoid treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic ef ect.Results The treatment group patients clinical curative ef ect was bet er than control group,significant dif erence comparing the two groups,with statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid used in clinical treatment of early severe hepatitis,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,clinical ef ect is precise,less side effects and is worth the clinical promoted application.
