强直性脊柱炎采用益肾强督方治疗观察研究

To Observe the Curative Effect of'Yishen qiangdu Decoction'in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的观察研究益肾强督方在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的应用价值。方法对我科室在近期内收治的43例强直性脊柱炎患者实施益肾强督方进行治疗,并记录本组患者在服药前后的各项观察指标的数据。结果本组43例患者在经过积极的服药治疗后,其治疗效果较为理想。患者服药后的各项观察项目得分均较服药前有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论临床应用中医益肾强督方药方对强直性脊柱炎患者实施治疗后的临床效果理想,应在各医院广泛开展实施。

Objective To investigate the application value of Yishen qiangdu recipe in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods The treatment of our department recently treated 43 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients implementation of Yishen qiangdu formula,and record the patients in the observed indexes before and after the treatment of data.Results In this group,43 patients after treatment of the positive,the ideal treatment ef ect.Al the patients after taking the observation item scores were significantly improved than those before treatment(<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of TCM Yishen qiangdu formula for ideal clinical ef ects of the treatment for patients with ankylosing spondylitis,should be widely carried out in hospitals.
