外伤性前房出血临床治疗体会

The Clinical Treatment Experience of Traumatic Hyphema

目的探讨眼球挫伤性前房积血的临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1月~2013年10月收治的56例56眼挫伤性前房积血病患者的临床资料。结果单纯的挫伤性前房积血经保守治疗获得良好的治疗效果,Ⅱ级以上积血有合并症或继发出血的,治疗复杂,患者视力不同程度的受到影响。结论挫伤性前房出血是临床常见的眼创伤,基本治疗原则是促进出血吸收,积极作好预防和治疗并发症,积极、谨慎、恰当的治疗可减轻视力的损害。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of ocular contusion hyphema.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011 January^2013 year in October 56 cases 56 eyes of traumatic hyphema patients.Results Simple contusion hyphema after conservative treatment can obtain favorable treatment ef ect,the stage II hematocele complications or secondary hemorrhage,treatment of complex,affected the visual acuity of the patients with dif erent degree of.Conclusion The contusion hyphema ocular trauma is a common clinical,basic principle of treatment is to promote the absorption of hemorrhage,active prevention and treatment of complications,treatment actively,cautious,appropriate can reduce the damage eyesight.
