上胸椎结核手术方式的研究

脊柱结核是一种最常见的肺外结核,但上胸椎(T1-T4)结核发病率较低,报道较少,目前尚未形成一种权威的治疗方式,本文就手术治疗上胸椎结核的进展进行阐述。

Spinal tuberculosis is one of the most common extra pulmonary tuberculosis,but the upper thoracic vertebrae(T1~4)tuberculosis incidence is relatively low,less reported,has not yet formed an authoritative treatment,the operation of thoracic tuberculosis treatment is discussed.
