LASS2的研究现状及其在膀胱肿瘤的应用前景 被引量:1

摘要 人源性长寿保障基因Ⅱ型(LASS2)是我国研究发现的一种可以抑制肿瘤侵袭和转移的基因,它位于染色体1q21,预测编码蛋白质的分子量大小为27KD。LASS2在高转移潜能的细胞系中低表达,在低转移潜能的细胞系中高表达,提示LASS2的表达和肿瘤转移负相关。但其作用机制至今仍不清楚,有待进一步明确。现就LASS2的研究现状及其在膀胱肿瘤的应用前景做一综述。
