目的分析住院精神病患者自伤的原因,提出相应的防范对策,增强安全管理与心理护理。方法对2013年7月20日我院发生患者自伤资料进行分析总结。结果住院精神病患者自伤与患者本身、医护人员、陪护人员、环境等因素有关。结论加强安全管理、采取有效防范措施、多关注患者言行,是减少住院精神病患者自伤的关键。

Objective To analyse the causes of hospitalized psychiatric patients self-injury,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,enhance safety management and psychological nursing.Methods On July 20,2013,our hospital patients occurred self-injury data analysis summary.Results Self-injury hospitalized psychiatric patients and patients themselves,medical personnel and escort personnel,environment and other factors.Conclusion To strengthen the safety management,take ef ective measures to prevent and pay more at ention to patients'words and deeds,is the key to reduce self-injury hospitalized psychiatric patients.
