输卵管显微复通术的手术配合及护理体会

随着社会的进步,人们对生活水平的要求也日益提高,部分育龄妇女由于子女伤亡、婚姻变化等因素。在输卵管结扎后希望能恢复生育能力。随着显微外科学科的发展,显微外科技术已经广泛应用于临床各学科,而输卵管显微复通术也大大提高了患者再孕的机率。自2007年至今我院共实施了42例双侧输卵管显微复通术。患者术后效果满意,双侧输卵管显微复通通畅率达到100%。已受孕28例。现将手术期护理配合报告如下。

With the progress of society,people's living standards are increasing demands,some women of childbearing age because the child casualties,marriage changes and other factors.After tubal ligation hoping to restore fertility.With the development of microsurgical disciplines,microsurgical techniques have been widely used in clinical disciplines,and microsurgical tubal recanalization also greatly enhance the chances of re-pregnant patients.Our hospital has implemented a total of 42 cases of microsurgical tubal recanalization since 2007.Postoperative results of patient satisfaction,microscopic tubal recanalization patency rate of 100%.28 cases have been pregnant.Now operative care with the report as follows.
