坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮治疗对酒依赖的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Tandospirone and Clonazepam in the Treatment of Alcohol Dependence

目的对坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮治疗酒依赖患者的效果进行分析和讨论。方法以2009年7月~2013年12月我院148例酒依赖患者为对象,采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组、对照组,分别采用坦度螺酮和氯硝西泮进行治疗。结果两组患者治疗前后的焦虑和抑郁评分、治疗后复饮率间的差异无统计学意义(跃0.05);观察组患者不良反应的发生率为33.78%,对照组为66.22%,两组差异具有显著性(约0.05)。结论坦度螺酮对于酒依赖患者的疗效确切,患者治疗后复饮率、不良反应的发生率较低,且不良反应轻微,值得在今后的临床实践中进行进一步的推广和使用。

Objective On tandospirone with clonazepam treatment ef ect in patients with alcohol dependence analysis and discussion.Methods In July 2009~December 2013 in our hospital 148 cases of alcohol-dependent patients as objects,patients were randomly divided into two groups method,the control group,respectively tandospirone and clonazepam treatment.Results Two groups of patients before and after treatment of anxiety and depression scores after treatment,the dif erence between the rate of complex drink no statistical significance(>0.05);occurrence of adverse reactions observed in patients was 33.78%,the control group was 66.22%,the difference significant(<0.05).Conclusion Tandospirone for alcohol dependent patients is ef ective,patients resume after drinking rate,the lower the incidence of adverse reactions,and adverse reactions are mild,worthy of further promotion and use in future clinical practice.
