摘要
笔者通过乡村医师李某擅自变更执业地点开展诊疗活动一案进行分析,指出了卫生行政部门在处理此类案件的不足之处,建议对乡村医生涉案案件查处时注意主体行为是否与法律规范规定的违法行为相一致。以供同行商榷。
