258例腹腔镜下胃癌根治术的手术配合体会

Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for 258 Cases with Experience of Operation

目的总结我院腹腔镜下胃癌根治术的手术配合体会。方法收集我院2009年7月~2013年6月以来,共行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术258例病例资料,分析、总结手术配合经验。结果除2例因自身疾病原因中转开腹外,其余患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。结论在腹腔镜下行胃癌根治手术,手术难度大,腹腔镜器械设备多,操作步骤多而精细,手术时间长,我院通过对手术室护士进行专业技能和操作流程培训,对腹腔镜器械设备的安装、折卸、清洗、灭菌、保养等进行规范操作,器械进行专人管理,并以娴熟的操作技术配合医生手术,减少了手术时间,保证手术顺利进行,同时严密监护患者生命体征,确保患者生命安全。

Objective To summarize the experience of operative nursing care during laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Methods From July 2009 to June 2013,258 patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and the operative nursing care data were col ected and analysed.Results Al the patients were underwent operation succe except 2 patients conversed to laparotomy during operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is a complex operation,which has more equipments,more operation steps,long operative time.The operative nurse in our hospital were wel trained about professional skil s and operative pathways,that they were wel known about the instal ation,unfold,washing,and maintenance for laparoscopic equipments.After al,the operative nurse can cooperate wel with surgeon,making the operation fluent,that making the patients recovery from illness as soon as possible.
