105例食道癌根治术围手术期的临床护理体会

The experience of 105 Cases of Clinical Nursing in Peri Operation Period of Esophageal Resection

目的探讨食道癌患者围手术期的护理体会。方法对58例食道癌手术患者围手术期护理进行回顾性总结。结果105例患者均痊愈出院,住院时间15~28d,发生吻合口瘘2例,切口感染3例,肺不张伴肺部感染3例,无其他并发症。结论积极有效的护理是提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症的有效手段。

Objective On patients with esophageal cancer perioperative nursing experience.Methods In 58 patients with esophageal cancer surgery were retrospectively summarized perioperative nursing care.Results 105 patients were recovered and discharged,length of hospital stay 15 to 28 days,anastomotic fistula occurred in 2 cases,infection of incision,3 cases,atelectasis with pulmonary infection(3 cases),no other complications.Conclusion Positive and ef ective nursing is to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce postoperative complications.
