泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合莫沙比利对反流性食管炎的影响

Effect of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules Combined with Mosapride on Reflux Esophagitis

目的探讨泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合莫沙比利对反流性食管炎的影响。方法以我院收治的62例不同严重程度的反流性食管炎为研究对象,给予泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊和莫沙必利,观察疗效。结果治疗总有效率达到95.2%(59/62),平均症状缓解时间(9.8依4.2)d,平均症状消失时间(18.5依5.4)d。随着食管分级的增加,疗效呈下降趋势,患者的症状缓解时间和症状消失时间也明显延长。结论莫沙比利联合泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎,疗效较好,对损失程度较低的患者起效快,症状消失时间短,显效率高。

Objective To study the ef ect of Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Mosaprid on reflux esophagitis.Methods 62 cases of reflux esophagitis with dif erent severity in the hospital as the research object were given pantoprazole enteric coated capsule and Mosapride,then,the curative ef ect was observed.Results The total ef ective rate reached 95.2%(59/62),the average remission time of symptom was(9.8±4.2)d with(18.5±5.4)d of average symptoms disappear time.With the increase of esophageal grading,the ef ect declined,and the symptomatic relief time and symptoms disappeared time prolonged.Conclusion Combined Mosapride with pantoprazole enteric capsule in treatment of reflux esophagitis,the curative effect was better,for patients with low degree of injur,drugs onset was rapid with short symptoms disappear time and high total effect rate.
