摘要
目的了解地高辛血药浓度的监测情况,为临床安全合理用药参考。方法2006年1月~2013年12月209例为住院患者,9例为门、急诊或周边医院送检的样本,应用偏振荧光免疫法进行地高辛血药浓度测定,有效治疗血药浓度范围为0.5~2.0ng/ml[1]。结果共监测218例,最高浓度为2.1ng/ml,最低浓度为0.4ng/ml,经t检验,三组年龄之间差异有显著性。性别对地高辛血药浓度的影响差异无显著性。结论影响地高辛血药浓度的原因多样而复杂,应重视在临床上的监测,只有准确的检测结果,才能为临床给药方案提供可靠的理论依据,以保证临床疗效,减少毒性反应的发生。
Objective Understand the monitoring of the serum concentration of digoxin,safety for clinical rational drug use.Methods 2006 January^2013 December 209 cases of hospitalized patients,9 cases of emergency door samples,or around the hospital inspection,application of polarization fluorescence immunoassay of serum digoxin concentration,is ef ective in the treatment of blood drug concentration range of 0.5~2.0ng/ml(1)Results There were 218 cases of monitoring,the highest concentration was 2.1ng/ml,the lowest concentration of 0.4ng/ml,by t test,there were significant dif erences between the three groups of age.The effect of gender on serum digoxin concentration had no significant difference.Conclusion The reasons affecting the serum digoxin concentration varied and complex,we should pay at ention to monitoring in clinic,only the accurate detection results,in order to provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical medication,in order to ensure clinical ef icacy,reduce toxicity.
