护理安全管理在二甲医院综合内科病房的应用

Application of Nursing Safety Management in Hospitals of Class II Grade A of Internal Medicine Wards

目的探讨护理安全管理在二甲医院综合内科病房中的应用效果。方法将2011年6月1日~2013年5月31日收入该科的患者2253例,由患者自愿选择床位,将1-16,33-36,45-49床分为对照组;17-44,50床为观察组;对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施护理安全管理措施,对两组护理不良事件发生率和患者损伤结局进行对比。结果对照组发生护理不良事件19例,观察组发生护理不良事件9例,观察组发生护理不良事件低于对照组(<0.05),安全损伤结局明显改善。结论实施护理安全管理能有效控制综合内科病房护理不良事件的发生。

Objective To investigate the ef ect of nursing safety management applications in dimethyl comprehensive medical ward of the hospital.Methods The June 1,2011 to May 31,2013 revenues of the Section 2253 cases of patients,Voluntary choice by the patient beds,The 1-16,33-36,45-49 beds divided into two groups;17-44,50 bed observation group,The control group received routine care,the implementation of safety measures in the observation group care,care for the two events were unsafe and injury outcomes were compared in patients.Results Care unsafe events occurred in the control group,19 cases of unsafe incidents nursing observation group,9 cases of unsafe incidents nursing observation group than the control group(<0.05),safety outcomes improved significantly damage.Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management can ef ectively control the occurrence of comprehensive medical ward care unsafe events.
