摘要
目的探讨研究老年心血管疾病患者临床急症的治疗方式及效果。方法选择本院2011年1月~2013年7月所收治的老年心血管疾病患者77例进行的临床治疗及护理进行临床监测及综合调查和分析。结果采取有效治疗后,针对其治疗前后的心率、舒张压及收缩压指标对比,患者发病后2h内的心血管急症均有所缓解,且具备显著学差异(<0.05),治疗前与治疗后相比,心率分别为(119依27)与(89依18)次/min;舒张压(117依22)与(81依24)mmHg;收缩压(182依37)与(137依21)mmHg。。结论通过常规护理、心理调节、针对低血压、高血压、心力衰竭、心律失常采取专项救治,能够及时有效患者老年心血管病患者临床急症。
Objective Study on the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in clinical emergency treatment and ef ects.Methods Select the hospital in 2011 January to 2013 July were cardiovascular disease in elderly patients with 77 cases of clinical treatment and nursing for clinical monitoring and comprehensive investigation and analysis.Results Ef ective treatment of heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure index were significantly improved,2h within the cardiovascular emergencies were relieved in patients.Conclusion Through the routine nursing,psychological adjustment,take the special treatment for hypotension,hypertension,heart failure,arrhythmia,To timely and ef ective in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in patients with clinical emergency.
