我科新设计将呼吸回路一次性使用吸湿冷凝加湿导管应用于气管切开患者,在气管切开患者护理中,使吸氧、吸痰、滴药能同步进行。在吸氧过程中增加氧流量下的氧气利用率,节约了氧气资源,减轻患者对吸痰操作的恐惧,增加患者治愈疾病的信心,使患者更好地配合医疗护理工作。在临床工作中值得推广。
