浅析腹腔镜在妇科肿瘤治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery in Patients with Gynecological Tumors

目的探究腹腔镜在妇科肿瘤中的应用价值及临床疗效。方法把90例卵巢肿瘤患者分成对照组和实验组,分别使用传统开腹手术和腹腔镜手术对两组患者进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组的手术切口长度、术中出血量均少于对照组(约0.05),此外,术后肛门排气时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间也少于对照组(约0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术在妇科肿瘤的临床治疗中,具有创伤少、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,可把其在临床上进行广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application and value of laparoscopic in gynecologic tumor.Methods 90 cases of ovarian tumor were divided into control group and experimental group,respectively,using the traditional open operation and laparoscopic operation for the treatment of patients in the two groups,then to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The incision length,bleeding volume during operation in the experimental group were lower than control group(<0.05),in addition,postoperative anal exhaust time,wound healing time,hospitalization time was less than that in control group(<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of laparoscopic operation in gynecologic tumor,and has the advantages of less trauma,quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time etc,can be widely applied in clinic.
