摘要
目的探讨血细胞单采术中出现问题的原因,提出相应护理对策。方法2012年4月~2014年1月应用德国费森尤斯血细胞分离机进行了126例血细胞单采术。结果本组采集中出现问题60例,包括管道系统通路障碍,血流通路障碍,枸橼酸钠中毒反应,顺利采集66例。结论在进行血细胞单采术中,对所出现的问题进行分析,并采取相应护理对策,包括心理护理,正确安装耗材,选择合适静脉,预防用药,密切观察患者反应等,60例均完成了血细胞单采术。
Objective To investigate the blood cellapheresis problems appeared during the operation,put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods From April to 2014 January:2012 years application of German Fresenius blood cellseparator was carried out in 126 patients with blood cellapheresis.Results 60 cases of the acquisition,including pipeline system access barrier,flow pathway,sodium citrate poisoning reaction,successful acquisition in 66 cases.Conclusion The blood cellapheresis,on the analysis of the problems,and take corresponding nursing measures,including psychological nursing,the correct instal ation of consumables,choose the right vein,preventive medication,and closely observe the patient reaction,60 cases were complete blood cellapheresis.
