浅析同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效

The Efficacy of Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的研究中晚期宫颈癌患者进行同步放化疗治疗的临床效果。方法我院选择2008年10月~2010年10月诊治的370例在IIb^IVa期宫颈癌患者,将其随机分为两组,观察组的180例患者在放疗的基础上运用20mg/m2的顺铂进行同步化疗,对照组的190例患者运用单纯放疗法进行治疗。结果通过对所选患者的结果进行比较,两组患者的近期疗效差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的无进展生存期(PFS)差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者的2年生存率(OS),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于中晚期宫颈癌患者运用顺铂同步放化疗进行治疗,临床效果较为显著,便于治疗,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical ef ects of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer research.Methods 370 cases of patients with cervical carcinoma in stage IIb-Iva in our hospital in 2008 October^2010 year in October were randomly divided into two groups,190 patients in the control group with simple radiotherapy treatment,180 patients in the observation group in radiotherapy based on the use of 20mg per square metre of cis platinum synchronization chemotherapy.Results By comparing the results of selected patients,curative ef ects between two groups were significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The Progress Free Survival of two groups were significantly dif erent,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared two groups of patients with 2 year survival rate,significant dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cisplatin in advanced cervical cancer 5-fluorouracil concurrent chemotherapy treatment,the clinical ef ect is significant,it is worth to popularize in clinical.
