目的分析社区卫生服务中心卫生服务的绩效考核和分配制度改革的结果。方法说明社区服务中心卫生服务的绩效考核的建立和分配制度改革实践和所产生的效果。结果社区卫生服务中心卫生服务的绩效考核和分配制度的改革对于建立一个良好的医疗卫生环境有很重要的作用和影响,可以提高工作人员的积极性。结论需要进一步去完善绩效考核和分配制度的改革,不断提高医疗服务的水平。

Objective To analyze consequence of performance assessment and distribution system reform in community health service center(CHSC).Methods Il ustrating establishment of performance assessment,distribution system reform and its consequence.Results Performance assessment and distribution system reform had played an important role in CHSC,which could improve the postivity of workers.Conclusion The performance assessment and distribution system reform remains to be further completed,in order to improve the level of medical service.
