目的探讨病区护士管床责任制(8h在岗,24h负责)工作模式的创新与应用,保证责任护士管床到位,为患者提供连续、全程、无缝隙、人性化的护理服务,实现全程护理,真正做到把护士还给患者。方法按照'改模式、重临床、建机制'的工作原则,通过护士能级划分,固定管床护士,合理安排工作时间,建立护士分床管理的责任机制,克服APN连续性排班模式的不足。结果护士在工作中能充分展现自己,更好地完成本职工作。结论管床责任制的工作模式,医护合作保持良好态势,护士专业素质得到显著提高,护患关系更加密切,同时促进护理工作适应公立医院改革与发展的需要,适应人民群众健康需求日益增长的需要。

Objective To investigate the ward nurses tube bed system(8 hours on-the-job,responsible for 24 hours)working mode of innovation and application,ensure nurse tube bed in place,for the patient to provide continuous,ful,seamless and humanized nursing service,achieving ful care,truly the nursing to the patients.Methods According to'change model,clinical and mechanism'work principle,by the nurse level division,fixed bed tube nurse,reasonable arrangement work time,to establish the nurse bed management responsibility system,Overcome the lack of APN continuity and scheduling model.Results The nurse in the work can be ful y show themselves,to complete the job bet er.Conclusion Tube bed responsibility system work mode,the medical cooperation to maintain good posture,the nurse professional quality was significantly improved,a closer relationship between nurses and patients,at the same time promote the nursing work to adapt to the needs of the public hospital reform and development,meet the needs of the growing need for people's health.
