经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者的护理

The Nursing Experience of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Patients

对我院2012年10月~2013年4月行MPCNL患者52例行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石及气压弹道治疗中,术前做好准备及心理护理,术后做好一般护理、肾造瘘管护理、双J管护理、导尿管护理、饮食护理等。52例患者均一次碎石取石成功,结石清除干净。因而我们认为微创经皮肾取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾结石具有成功率高、痛苦轻、恢复快、结石清除率高等优点。术前做好准备及心理护理,术后有针对性地进行护理,对减少术后并发症、促进患者康复具有重要的意义。

In our hospital from 2012.10~2013.4,52 patients underwent MPCNL percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment,the preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,postoperative nursing care,nephrostomy tube,double J tube nursing,catheter nursing,diet nursing.52 patients were once stones were successful y,clean stone.So we think the minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)for the treatment of renal calculi with high success rate,slight pain,fast recovery,stone clearance rate etc.Preoperative preparation and psychological nursing,postoperative targeted for nursing,has the vital significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the postoperative complications.
