摘要
目的探讨髋内收畸形围手术期的护理,提高护理质量,使患儿得到及时有效的护理。方法采用解除股内收肌痉挛和挛缩的手术方法,内收肌切断、内收肌切断结合闭孔神经前支切断术。结果本院采用两种方法结合闭孔神经前支切断术,治疗脑瘫后遗症具有髋内收畸形65例,均取得满意效果。结论围手术期的护理和手术同样重要,结合其他综合性功能康复方法可以得到更好的护理结果。
Objective To explore the nursing of hip adduction deformity peri operation period,improve the quality of nursing care,so that children receive timely and ef ective.Methods The operation method of lifting the thigh adductor spasticity and contractures,adductor tenotomy,adductor tenotomy combined with anterior branch of obturator nerve amputation.Results The two methods are used in combination with anterior branch of obturator nerve amputation,treatment of sequelae of cerebral palsy has 65 cases of hip adduction deformity,satisfactory results.Conclusion Peri operation period nursing and operation are equal y important,in combination with other comprehensive rehabilitation nursing method can get bet er results.
