人工颈椎间盘置换术的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Artificial Cervical Intervertebral Disc Replacement

目的探讨10例人工颈椎间盘置换术患者的护理方法。方法主要措施有术前予心理护理、适应手术中体位训练、气管食管推移训练、呼吸功能锻炼、颈托的佩戴方法。术后加强进行体位护理、密切观察生命体征、观察脊髓神经功能、伤口及引流管的护理、观察有无声音嘶哑及吞咽困难并发症、指导患者进行并作好详细的功能锻炼、出院指导。结果10例患者均顺利渡过围手术期,未发生并发症,临床症状缓解或消失。结论加强病情观察与护理是保证和维持良好治疗效果的有力措施和重要因素。

Objective To investigate the 10 nursing methods of patients with cervical intervertebral disc arthroplasty.Methods The main measures are preoperative psychological nursing,to adapt to the position of training in the operation training course,trachea,esophagus,respiratory function exercise,method of wearing neck col ar.Strengthen postoperative body position nursing care,close observation of vital signs,to observe spinal cord function,wounds and drainage tube care,observation with and without voice hoarse and dysphagia,guiding patients with complications and the detailed functional exercise and discharge guidance.Results Al of them went through perioperation period smoothly,10 patients without complications,clinical symptoms or disappear.Conclusion To strengthen the observation and nursing is to guarantee and maintain good treatment ef ect of strong measures and important factors.
