摘要
目的探讨老年脑血管疾病患者噎食主要相关因素及护理干预措施。方法采用回顾性调查法对167例老年脑血管疾病患者中噎食患者具体原因进行分析。结果167例老年脑血管疾病患者,4例发生窒息,其中3例死亡,1例抢救成功。结论老年脑血管疾病患者容易发生噎食,而且病死率高。护理的关键是风险的识别与评估,加强进食的观察,采取正确的体位,正确选择食物,加强患者和陪护人员健康教育。
Objective To investigate the vascular diseases in patients withdysphagia of senile cerebral main related factors and nursing intervention.Methods Retrospective Investigation on 167 cases of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease in patients with dysphagia specific reasons for the analysis.Results The 167 cases of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease,4 cases of asphyxia,3 cases died,1 cases were rescued successfully.Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease prone to choking,andhigh mortality rate.Nursing is the key to the identification and assessment of risk,strengthen the feeding observation,take the correct posture,the correct choice of food,to strengthen the health education of patients and caregivers.
