改良经皮克氏针治疗桡骨远端骨折的护理

Improved Percutaneous Needle Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture Experience

目的应用闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的护理措施。方法为使腕关节功能恢复到最佳状态,经皮克氏针固定术具有缩短外固定时间,不切开复位减少并发症的优点,并且术中的操作程序简化,同时结合C臂X线机复位和再调整,导致疤痕少。结果从2004年1月~2007年1月,选择63例桡骨远端骨折患者进行观察,所有骨折复位后对线对位满意。克氏针固定可靠,采取针对性的护理,总结相关护理策略,提高患者满意度及护理结果。结论通过对本组63例疾病患者的护理工作进行回顾,总结相关护理措施。

Objective To apply closed by Gerard pique's pin fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures of nursing measures.Methods To make the wrist joint function recovered to the best state,the method stil exists some controversy,but the peak needle fixation with external fixation time,the advantages of open reduction and reduce the complications,and in the operating procedures simplified,at the same time combining C arm X-ray machine reset and adjust again,lead to scarring.Results From January 2004 to January 2007,63 patients with fracture of distal radius,observing al satisfied with line registration after the fracture.Gram needle fixation is reliable,adopt corresponding nursing,summarizes the related nursing strategy,improve patient satisfaction and nursing.Conclusion Based on this group of nursing 63 patients with diseases are reviewed,summarized relevant nursing measures.
