血清学指标检测在单纯疱疹病毒感染患者中的临床价值探讨

Serological Detection in Clinical Value in Patients with Herpes Simplex Virus Infection

目的探讨血清学指标检测在单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染的患者中的临床价值及意义。方法选取我院收治的48例具有典型临床症状的单纯疱疹病毒患者、52例无症状的可疑患者以及50例来院体检的健康人群,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测所选取人群的HSV-Ⅰ以及HSV-ⅡIgM/IgG。结果典型临床症状的单纯疱疹病毒患者HSV-ⅠIgM阳性率为85.4%,HSV-ⅠIgG阳性率为89.6%,HSV-ⅡIgM阳性率为91.7%,HSV-ⅡIgG阳性率为95.8%;无症状的可疑患者HSV-ⅠIgM阳性率为23.1%,HSV-ⅠIgG阳性率为26.9%,HSV-ⅡIgM阳性率为28.8%,HSV-ⅡIgG阳性率为32.7%;健康人群HSV-ⅠIgM阳性率为2.0%,HSV-ⅠIgG阳性率为4.0%,HSV-ⅡIgM阳性率为2.0%,HSV-ⅡIgG阳性率为4.0%。三组检出阳性率之间的差异有统计学意义(<0.05),IgG检出率略高于IgM检出率(<0.05),HSV-ⅡIgM/IgG阳性率高于HSV-ⅠIgM/IgG阳性率(<0.05)。结论血清HSV抗体可有效检测出无症状感染者,且HSV-Ⅱ抗体检出率高于HSV-Ⅰ抗体,值得临床应用于HSV感染的检测诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical value and the significance of serological detection of herpes simplex virus(HSV)in patients so as to provide basis for the clinical diagnosis.Methods HSV-ⅠIgM/IgG and HSV-II IgM/IgG were detected in 48 cases of patients with clinical symptoms,and 52 cases of asymptomatic patients,and 50 cases of healthy people by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The positive rate in patients with clinical symptoms HSV-ⅠIgM typical clinical symptoms was 85.4%,the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgG was 89.6%,the positive rate of HSV-II IgM was 91.7%,the positive rate of HSV-II IgG was 95.8%;the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgM in suspicious patients without symptoms was 23.1%,the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgG was 26.9%,the positive rate HSV-II IgM was 28.8%,the positive rate of HSV-II IgG was 32.7%;the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgM in healthy population was 2%,the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgG was 4%,the positive rate of HSV-II IgM was 2%,the positive rate of HSV-II IgG 4%.There was a statistical y significant dif erence between the three group the positive rate of IgG(<0.05),the detection rate is slightly higher than that of IgM(<0.05),the positive rate of HSV-II IgM/IgG higher than the positive rate of HSV-ⅠIgM/IgG(<0.05).Conclusion Serum HSV antibody can ef ectively detect asymptomatic infection,and HSV-II antibody detection rate is higher than that of HSV-Ⅰantibody,worthy of clinical application in the diagnosis of HSV infection.
