代谢综合征患病率及其影响因素分析

目的研究社区居民代谢综合征患病率病率及其影响因素。方法采用logistic回归的方法分析代谢综合征的影响因素。结果武汉市江夏区社区居民代谢综合征的患病率为23.8%(男性院24.7%;女性院22.3%)。居民代谢综合征的患病率与年龄和BMI水平呈正相关;相比不跳舞者,跳舞者患代谢综合征的风险明显降;相比于女性、不吸烟者或不饮酒者,男性、吸烟者或饮酒者患代谢综合征的风险明显升高。结论吸烟、饮酒和跳舞等因素能影响居民代谢综合征患病率。

Objective To analyze the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its influencing factors.Methods The logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of the metabolic syndrome.Results The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome for community residents in Jiangxia district,Wuhan city was 23.8%(24.7%for males,and 22.3%for women).The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was positively correlated with age and BMI levels.Dancing could significantly reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome.Compared to women,non-smokers or non-drinkers,men,smokers or drinkers were at greater risk of having metabolic syndrome.Conclusion A variety of factors such as smoking,drinking and dancing can af ect the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome.
