低位直肠癌行保肛术后吻合口狭窄手术治疗10例临床资料分析

The Clinical Data Analysis on the Surgery of Anastomotic Stricture on 10 Patients after their Surgical Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer and Anal Sphincter Preservation

目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口狭窄行手术治疗可行性。方法对10例低位直肠癌行保肛术后吻合口狭窄的患者的临床资料回顾性分析,对行手术治疗的效果进行总结。结果10例患者均经一次性手术切除吻合口狭窄疤痕环,狭窄症状明显改善,随访3年所有患者均排便通畅,未见再次狭窄发生。结论低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口狭窄行手术切除疤痕环治疗安全、有效,术后狭窄不易复发。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the surgical treatment on low rectal cancer anastomotic stenosis.Methods 10 patients are removed the anastomotic stricture scar rings with a one-time surgery.Stenosis symptoms are improved significantly.During the fol ow-up three years,al patients defecate moothly,and have no restenosis.Conclusion The anastomotic stenosis line surgery after rectal cancer surgery removes the scar rings,which is safe and f ective with less recurrence of the postoperative stenosis.Conclusion After rectal cancer surgery,the anastomotic stenosis line surgery is used to remove the scar rings,which is safe and ef ective with less recurrence of the postoperative stenosis.
