摘要
骆驼体内存在着天然缺失轻链的重链抗体,克隆其可变区得到的单域抗体是最小的功能性抗原结合片段,相对分子质量为15kD,称为纳米抗体。纳米抗体具有容易表达、稳定性强、可溶性好等优点。这种小型抗体在基础研究、新药开发和疾病诊断与治疗上具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要针对纳米抗体的性质与应用进行阐述。
Heavy-chain antibody(HCAb)lacking light chain exists natural y in camel.The variable domain of HCAb,the smal est functional antigen-binding fragment is referred to nanobody,which molecular weight is 15kD.They are wel expressed and have a high stability and solubility.As a new type antibody in basic research,drug development and disease diagnosis,nanobody has a broad application prospects.This mini-review of ers an overview of its properties and therapeutic.
