超声检查在小儿肠套叠诊断中的应用

Application of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Intussusception in Children

目的:分析小儿肠套叠超声诊断特点,探讨彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2010年01月~2013年12月我院收治的24例确诊的小儿肠套叠患者的彩色多普勒超声图像资料。结果本组中有21例(占87.50%)低频超声有明确的肠套叠征象,2例(占8.33%)低频提示可疑肠套叠,1例(占4.17%)低频未见明显肠套叠征象;24例在高频超声中均见明确的肠套叠征象,超声诊断准确率为100%。结论超声检查小儿肠套叠方法简单,安全、无创,准确性高,是临床诊断小儿肠套叠的首选检查方法。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of ultrasound diagnosis of intussusceptions in children explore the diagnostic value of intussusceptions and clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in children.Methods A retrospective analysis of color Doppler ultrasound image data in January 2010-2013 l2 months in our hospital 24 cases of intussusceptions in children diagnosed patients.Results The group of 21 cases(87.50%)low-frequency ultrasound with clear signs of intussusceptions,2 cases(8.33%)LF Tip suspicious intussusceptions,1 case(4.17%)showed no intussusceptions LF stacked signs;24 cases were seen in the high-frequency ultrasound clear signs of intussusceptions,ultrasound diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasonography of pediatric intussusceptions method is simple,safe,non-invasive,high accuracy,is a clinical diagnosis of intussusceptions in children's preferred method of examination.
