摘要
目的:探讨肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平和外周血白细胞计数的相关性及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对74例肺癌初诊患者及健康成人对照组血浆D-二聚体进行测定,并对实验组患者及健康成人对照组的外周血白细胞计数。结果肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体与外周血白细胞计数呈正相关。结论肺癌患者存在血浆D-二聚体与外周血白细胞计数呈正相关,可作为评估肺癌预后的重要指标。
Plasma D-dimer level on patients with lung cancer and peripheral blood leukocyte increase relevance and significance.Methods By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)in 74 cases of lung cancer was plasma D-dimer and healthy adult controls were determined,and the patients and healthy adult controls peripheral blood leukocyte count.Results Lung cancer patients plasma D-dimer levels rising and peripheral blood leukocytes were positively correlated.Conclusion Lung cancer is the plasma D-dimer was positively related with peripheral white blood cellcount,can be used as one of the important indices for evaluating prognosis of lung cancer.
