运用PDCA循环对特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用的干预研究

Application of PDCA Cycle to Manage Appropriateness of Specific Antimicrobial Usage

目的:探讨PDCA 循环管理干预特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用的效果,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法运用PDCA循环理论进行现状分析、找出原因、确定目标、制定对策并实施干预。将我院实施PDCA 循环前2013年第一季度与实施PDCA循环后2013年第二季度的特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用情况进行比较分析。结果经过PDCA 循环干预阶段后,特殊使用级抗菌药物样本送检率由80%升至99.2%;请专家会诊率由47.4%升至99.5%;高级职称医师开嘱率由61%升至98.6%;干预前后特殊使用级抗菌药物使用的合理率分别为63%和94%。结论 PDCA 循环管理能有效促进特殊使用级抗菌药物的合理应用,可在抗菌药物管理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the method of management of the rational use of specific antibiotics.Methods Apply the PDCA cycle to establish the rational use of antimicrobial drugs management system,play a clinical pharmacist supervision,guidance role,analyze the dif erence of the usage of specific antimicrobial after PDCA cycle was completed.Results Before and after the intervention,the ratio of rational usage of specific antibiotics increased from 63%to 94%,and the bacterial examination rate increased from 80%to 99.2%,the consultation rate increased from 47.4%to 99.5%,the advanced academic titles prescribing rate increased from 61%to 98.6%,the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion Use the PDCA cycle management of clinical antimicrobial use,promoting the management level,to improve antimicrobial Clinical reasonable level of application.
