摘要
教学质量是高等学校的生命线,是对学校教学管理水平的综合反映。建立科学和规范的教学质量评价体系,是学校加强内部自我约束、增强自我发展能力的主要保证措施之一。结合医学教育的特点,医学院校把教学过程中涉及到的教师、学生、教学管理者都纳入到临床教学质量保障体系中,并对组织中不同的成员赋予不同的角色功能。
Teaching Quality is the lifeline in col eges and universities,it reflected the school teaching management comprehensively.It is one of the main assurance measures to enhance the ability of self-development by establishing a scientific and standardized teaching quality evaluation system,strengthening internal self-discipline school.According to the characteristics of medical education,medical schools involved the teaching process of teachers,students,educational administrators into the clinical teaching quality assurance system,meanwhile the dif erent members assigned dif erent functions and roles in the organization.
