Septoplasty Under Nasal Endoscope

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术在鼻中隔矫正中的优越性。方法对69例需行鼻中隔手术的患者行鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术。结果采用该术式对单纯性鼻中隔偏曲患者手术临床治愈率98.6%,其手术有效治愈鼻阻,鼻出血及头痛等鼻中隔偏曲临床症状。未出现鼻中隔扇动,穿孔及鼻部塌陷等并发症。有2例鼻腔粘连,1例鼻中隔血肿经及时处理后治愈。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术目的性强,充分发挥了其功能性、灵活性,精细性及微创性,并发症少,手术效果确切。

Objective Discuss the superiority of endoscopic septoplasty in Nasal surgery.Methods We treated 78 cases of nasal septum deviation underwent endoscopic septoplasty.Results The clinical cure rate in this surgical treatment of nasal septal deviation is 98.6%.The symptoms such as nasal congestion,epistaxis,headache and others caused by deviated septumn could be effectively cured,without the appearance of complications such as septum incite、perforation and col apse.Two patients who had nasal adhesions and one who had septal hematoma were ful y cured after timely treatment.Conclusion The endoscopic septoplasty Makes ful use of its stong Objective、Functionality,flexibility,fine minimal y invasive and less complications,so the effect of surgery is exact.
