2型糖尿病围手术期两种胰岛素治疗方案疗效观察

Perioperative Two Kinds of Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Treatment Curative Effect Observation

目的分析比较2型糖尿病围手术期两种胰岛素治疗方案的疗效。方法将52例拟行手术治疗的2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组。Ⅰ组26例予三餐前诺和锐和长秀霖皮下注射控制血糖。Ⅱ组26例予早、晚餐前诺和锐30R皮下注射控制血糖。比较两组患者手术前及手术后血糖控制水平。结果术前血糖达标时间:Ⅰ组(6.8±2.5)d;Ⅱ组(8.9±3.2)d.(﹤0.01)Ⅰ组血糖控制良好。结论2型糖尿病患者围手术期应用三餐前诺和锐和长秀霖皮下注射控制血糖可快速、有效、平稳、安全、全面控制血糖。

Objective Analysis and comparison of type 2 diabetes perioperative the curative ef ect of two kinds of insulin therapy.Methods Line to fit the 52 cases of surgical treatment of type 2 diabetes mel itus patients randomly divided into two groups.Ⅰgroup with 26 cases was given before meals to insulin aspart and basalin subcutaneous injection of glucose control.Group 2 of 26 cases treated with early,before dinner,insulin aspart subcutaneous injections of 30R blood glucose control.Control of blood glucose levels were compared between two groups of patients before and after operation.Results Before operation,blood glucose time:Ⅰgroup(6.8±2.5)d;IIgroup(8.9±3.2)d.(﹤0.01)GroupⅠgood blood sugar control.Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients in peri operation period ofapplication before meals to insulin aspart and basalin subcutaneous injection of glucose control can be fast,ef icient,stable,safe,comprehensive control of blood glucose.
