2013年盘锦市部分餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒效果分析

摘要 目的通过分析餐饮单位餐具消毒效果检测结果,了解当地餐饮单位的卫生情况,为预防肠道疾病提供技术支持。方法根据国家标准《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》GB14953-1994的方法进行检测。结果2013年盘锦市食(饮)具消毒效果检测,共采集样品800份,合格率为94.88%。结论盘锦市食(饮)具消毒效果良好,夏季合格率偏低为91.43%,匙筷类的合格率偏低为92.50%,应加强监督管理与消毒质量控制。 Objective To analyze the catering units tableware disinfection test results,understand the health of local catering units,to provide technical support for the prevention of intestinal diseases.Methods According to the national standard'food(drink)with disinfection hygiene standards'GB14953-1994 methods for testing.Results In 2013 Panjin City food(drink)with disinfection testing,a total of 800 samples were col ected,with a pass rate of 94.88%.Conclusion Panjin City food(drink)with disinfecting ef ect is good,the summer low passing rate was 91.43 percent pass rate spoon chopsticks class low as 92.50%,should strengthen the supervision and management of quality control and disinfection.
