Fixion Inflatable Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Humeral Fractures Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases

目的探讨Fixion膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用Fixion膨胀髓内钉系统进行手术内固定20例。结果20例病例中19例达到骨折临床愈合,1例发生骨不连更换钢板及植骨固定后愈合,优良率90%。结论此法操作简便,切口小,创伤少,手术时间短,术后恢复快,适合治疗肱骨干骨折。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of Fixion expansion for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture with intramedul ary nail.Methods The application of Fixion expandable intramedul ary nail system operation internal fixation in 20 cases.Results Among the 20 cases,19 cases achieved clinical healing,1 cases of bone nonunion and bone graft replacement of the steel plate fixation after healing,the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion The method is simple,smal incision,less trauma,short operation time,rapid postoperative recovery,is suitable for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
