摘要
目的探讨煤工尘肺患者死亡规律。方法采取回顾性分析方法,对63例不同期别煤工尘肺死亡病例进行分析,结果采用检验。结果叁期尘肺死亡率明显高于壹期和贰期,有统计学意义(P<0.05);呼吸系统疾病是尘肺患者死亡的主要原因;患者年龄越大,病死率越高。结论煤工尘肺患者死亡情况有一定的规律,对临床工作有帮助。
Objective This study was to investigate the regularity of death caused by the coal worker pneumoconiosis(CWP)in patients.Methods Sixty three death cases with CWP were classified into three stages(first stage,second stage and third stage)and were ulteriorly analyzed by the retrospective analysis method.Moreover,the results were tested byχ2 test.Results The pneumoconiosis mortality in the third stage significantly exceeded the death cases in one stage and two stage(P<0.05),implying that the respiratory disease was a major cause of death in patients with CWP and the mortality was increased along with the age.Conclusion The death cases resulted from CWP had the certain rules,which would provide the significant benefits for the clinical works.
