摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT(MSCT)及其后处理技术对脊柱骨折分型、椎管狭窄及其并发症的临床应用。方法应用GE Lightspeed 64排螺旋CT对160例脊柱骨折患者应用薄层扫描并行MPR、MIP、SSD和VR成像。结果多层螺旋CT 3D重建较平片清晰直观显示脊柱骨折情况,能够定量地分析脊柱骨折分型、椎管狭窄程度及其并发症。结论 MSCT三维重建成像可为脊柱骨折类型及椎管狭窄提供定量分析,及时为临床手术指征提供影像学依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical applications of the quantitative analysis of 64 slices spiral CT in the types of spinal frature and in the degrees of the spinal stenosis.Methods 160 patients with clinical y suspected spine frature underwent MSCT scans and additional 3D reconstructed by MPR.MIP.SSD and VR.Results MSCTwith 3D reconstruction can provide the quantitative analysis of 64 slices spiral CT in the types of spinal frature and in the degrees of the spinal stenosis and provide imaging evidences for the clinical surgical indication.Conclusion MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging can provide quantitative analysis for narrow type of vertebral fracture and spinal,timely and provide basis for clinical imaging operation refers to.
