热毒宁注射液辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎40例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Reduning Injection in Adjuvant Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的观察热毒宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察。方法将2013年10月~2014年1月就诊的80例临床确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿以住院号随机均分为两组,对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用热毒宁静脉滴注。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为95%和65%(<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论热毒宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎能缩短病程,提高治愈率,且使用安全,不良反应少,耐受性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the ef icacy Reduning assisted treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods October 2013 to January 2014 for treatment of clinical y diagnosed 80 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children hospitalized numbers were randomly divided into two groups,a control group using azithromycin sequential therapy,the treatment group was based on the use of Reduning intravenously.Results The treatment group and the control group,the total ef iciency of 95%and 65%(<0.01),respectively,the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion Reduning adjuvant treatment can shorten the course of Mycoplasma pneumoniae,improve the cure rate,and the use of safety,fewer side ef ects,wel tolerated,worthy of promotion.
