洛汀新治疗舒张性心衰的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Diastolic Dysfunction Heart Failure Treated with Lotensin

目的探讨洛汀新对左室舒张功能不全的治疗价值。方法34例左室舒张功能不全患者作为观察组给予洛汀新口服;38例作为对照组口服钙拮抗剂,在治疗前、后3个月分别记录舒张早期峰值血液流动速度(EV)、舒张晚期峰值血液流动速度(AV)、E/A、E峰减速的时间(EDT、等容舒张的时间(IRT),血浆脑钠肽水平(BNP)。结果观察组患者的左室舒张功能比对照组患者的改善显著(<0.05-0.01)。结论洛汀新对舒张性心衰的患者治疗效果显著,对患者的左室舒张功能有明显的改善作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic value of Lotensin on left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.Methods 34 cases of patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction as the observation group was given Lotensin oral;38 cases as a control group was treated with calcium antagonists,before treatment,after 3 months were recorded peak early diastolic blood flow velocity(EV),diastolic late peak blood flow velocity(AV),E/A,E wave deceleration time(EDT,isovolumetric relaxation time(IRT),plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).Results The observation group than in patients with left ventricular diastolic function improvement in the control group of patients was significantly(<0.05~0.01).Conclusion Lotensin treatment of patients with diastolic heart failure significantly on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with significant improvement.
