多糖是一类由醛糖或酮糖通过糖苷键连接而成的天然高分子多聚物,具有多种重要的生理功能,多糖具有抗肿瘤,降血糖作用,抗突变、降血脂、抗菌素病毒功能,保肝作用,抗氧化及抗衰老作用,抗炎活性等作用,该文主要综述了多糖的药理活性及可能产生的毒副作用,以及存在的一些问题。

The polysaccharide is a kind of by aldehyde or ketone sugar sugar by glycosidic bond connection and become more natural macromolecule polymer,has many important physiological functions,anticancer,polysaccharide,fal hematic fat,antimicrobial resistance mutations virus function,protect liver function,antioxidant and anti-aging ef ect,this paper mainly summarizes the pharmacological activities of polysaccharide and possible side ef ects.
