摘要
缺血性脑血管病是临床常见的一大类中枢神经系统的疾病,缺血引起的脑损伤目前认为与兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用、炎症反应、凋亡等多种因素密切相关,但其具体机制还不明确,导致缺乏针对性的治疗。本文拟通过对脑缺血发病机制的探讨以及中药干预的机制从而为脑缺血性疾病的治疗提供新的治疗思路。
Nowadays,Studies show that toxity of exciting amino acids,inflammatory reaction,apoptosis are involved in the development of cerebral injury after ischemia.However the exact mechanisms of cerebral injury after ischemia is stil unclear.At the same time Traditional Chinese Medicine is more and more used in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.It is necessary to investigate the injury mechanism after cerebral ischemia and the Traditional Chinese Medicine application.
