喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤微环境对树突状细胞分化、发育影响的研究

Study on Tumor Laryngeal Squamous Cell Cancer Microenvironment Effect on the Differentiation and Development of Dendritic Cells

目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤微环境对人树突状细胞发育的影响,为DC疫苗在喉癌中的治疗提供新思路。方法通过提取喉癌组织匀浆上清液体外模拟肿瘤微环境,提取诱导和培养人树突状细胞细胞,并采用检测人树突状细胞表型与CD1a表达。结果喉癌匀浆上清组DC细胞突起较癌旁匀浆上清组少,诱导后DC细胞CD11c、CD86、CD1a均明显下降。结论喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤微环境可能对DC细胞分化、发育具有重要影响。

Objective To study the ef ect of microenvironment on dendritic cel tumor development of laryngeal squamous cel carcinoma,to provide new ideas for the treatment of DC vaccine in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods By extracting the laryngeal carcinoma tissue homogenate supernatant liquid simulation of tumor microenvironment,induced and cultured cel s from human dendritic cel s,and the detection of human dendritic cel phenotype and CD1a expression.Results Laryngeal carcinoma supernatant;group DC cel processes were adjacent homogenate supernatant group,induced DC cells CD11c,CD86,CD1a decreased significantly.Conclusion Tumor laryngeal squamous cell cancer microenvironment may have an important influence on the development of DC cel dif erentiation.
