提高护士执业资格考试通过率的策略探究与实施

To Improve the Nurse Practicing Qualification Examination through Analysis and the Rate of Implementation Strategy

目的我院领导高度重视,周密部署各项工作,并要求各项工作做到明确分工、责任到人、落实到位。探讨提高应届护生护士执业资格考试通过率的策略。方法师生配合,将迎考策略运用于执业资格考试的考前辅导。结果2009年~2013年连续5年我院执考考试通过率为95%~100%,效果显著。结论迎考小策略的有效性及可行性,为实现以考促教、以教促学、促进医学教育和医学考试的衔接的目标,提供了可行的实践教学经验。

Objective Our leaders at ach great importance to the work,careful deploy,and asked al the work done,a clear division of responsibility to the people,put in place.To improve the fresh students of nursing qualification exam pass rate strategy.Methods The coordination between teachers and students,wil for a strategy to qualification exam prep.Results 2013 in 2009 for 5 consecutive years,in our hospital the examination pass rate of 95%~100%,effect.Conclusion For a smal strategy is effective and feasibility for implementation,to test and promote teaching,learning through teaching,to promote the integration of medical education and medical examination of the target,and provides practical teaching experience and feasible.
