狂犬病病死人数居我国的首位,且发病率明显增加,因此暴露后被动免疫对减少狂犬病的发生意义重大。凡被来历不明及不能确定咬人动物为健康的动物,应立即进行彻底清洗和消毒,然后再进行狂犬疫苗全程注射及狂犬患者免疫球蛋白注射。
