摘要
皮肤作为人体第一道屏障,在保持角质层水分,维持皮肤弹性,防止皮肤老化方面有至关重要的作用。痤疮患者由于毛囊角化过度,皮脂分泌过盛及痤疮丙酸杆菌大量增殖等多方面的影响,使皮肤屏障受到不同程度的损害,二者在致病上存在相关性。
The skin as the first barrier,while maintaining the skin moisture,keep skin elasticity,prevent skin aging have important role.Acne patients with fol icular hyperkeratosis,excessive sebum secretion effect of Sheng and Propionibacterium acnes proliferation and so on,make the skin barrier were damaged to dif erent extent,the two correlated pathogenicity.
