前置胎盘的临床护理观察

Clinical Nursing Observation of Placenta Previa

目的总结前置胎盘的临床护理体会。方法选取我院2013年4月~2014年3月收治的前置胎盘患者43例,分为两组。对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予全面的临床护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果经过护理,观察组产后出血、感染与胎盘植入情况明显优于对照组,低体重儿少,Apgar评分低。两组上述指标差异显著,有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论给予前置胎盘患者全面的临床护理干预,可有效降低产后出血、感染等并发症的发生几率,减少低体重儿出现,安全有效,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience of placenta previa.Methods Select from April 2013-March 2014 were 43 patients with placenta previa,divided into two groups.The control group accepted routine nursing,the observation group was given a comprehensive clinical nursing intervention,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results After nursing,the observation group of postpartum hemorrhage,infection and placenta increta was bet er than control group,fewer low weight,low Apgar score.Significant dif erence was found in two sets of the above indicators,there is statistical significance(<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing intervention in patients with placenta previa ful,can ef ectively reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,infection and other complications,reduce the low birth weight,safe and ef ective and is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
