摘要
目的评价UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪的性能。方法按照国家实验室认可要求,检测UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪各参数(WBC、RBC、EC、BACT、CAST)的精密度、正确度、携带污染率、线性范围并对生物参考区间进行验证。结果 UF-1000i各参数检测的批内精密度、批间精密度、正确度、携带污染率、线性范围均在厂家要求的范围内,且生物参考区间验证结果符合要求。结论 UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪各项参数性能均符合厂家要求,可用于尿液有形成分分析的筛选。
Objective To evaluate the performance of UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer.Methods The evaluation was performed according to guidelines established by accreditation of national laboratory requirements.Precision,trueness,carryover,linear range and the biological reference interval was verified.Results Precision,accuracy,carryover,linear range of UF-1000i were al in the allowable range supplied by factory authorities and the results of biological reference interval test meet the requirements.Conclusion The performance of UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer is satisfied,it can be used for screening analysis of urine visible components.
